A 66 Block, also known as M-Block or B-Block is a block of electrical connections used in telephony. The 66 Block is so named for the model number of the product from Western Electric.
The 66 Block is the industry standard network termination for telephone companies, particularly for commercial properties and allows for voice cabling. They're mostly used for narrowband circuits.
